Brief Note

The signing ceremony for Memorandum of Understanding between Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai  and Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU), Gandhinagar-  an Institution of National Importance, under Ministry of Home Affairs GoI ,held on 1^st September, 2023 for academic collaboration that shall encompass to develop professional skill based courses, to facilitate students and faculty exchange, to organize capacity building and training programs, to develop reading materials in form of legal literacy materials in printing and digital e-learning portals on the broad themes of Cyber Security ,Internal Security, Law and Justice  ,Research Methodology ,Criminology, Public Safety Security/Police Administration/Strategic Languages/Forensic Sciences/Cyber Technology/Cyber Forensics/Organizational Behavior and  Good Governance etc. This collaboration will be taken forward through Academic ,  research and training programmes jointly by the School of Law, Rights and Constitutional Governance (SLRCG)  and  the School of Vocational Education(SVE) , TISS ,Mumbai .

 Prof. Shalini Bharat, Director/Vice Chancellor, TISS delivered Special address and Prof. (Dr.) Bimal N. Patel, Vice Chancellor, RRU delivered the Keynote address in event. Prof. Arvind Tiwari, Dean ,School of Law, Rights and Constitutional Governance (SLRCG) and Prof. Madhushree Sekher, Dean, School of Vocational Education & Chairperson, Office for International Affairs, TISS,Mumbai  were also present on this occasion.
